What are your rates?

Allison has separate rate structures for:

  • IVR voice recordings

  • On-hold messaging systems

  • Streaming and web-based audio projects

  • Broadcast (TV and radio) voiceovers

Rates vary depending on usage, market size, and the intended purpose of the audio.
To obtain an accurate quote, please submit your script and project details to allison@theivrvoice.com. Allison will reply promptly with pricing and an estimated turnaround time.

How Do I Order?

Just click “Order Online”, choose your currency, and then choose your product (IVR, On Hold, or Stock Prompts.)

Just cut and paste your script into the text box, and it will calculate your cost on a per-word basis (for IVR). You’ll be sent to secure payment, and Allison will be notified of the recording assignment.

It's that easy!

When Can I Expect My Order?

If the order is placed before noon MST, Allison will record it the same day.

After that noon cut off point, it will automatically roll over to the next day’s recording schedule. Larger projects may need a slightly longer turnaround.

How can I pay?

Allison accepts secure payments through a Stripe-powered portal, where you can pay by:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • PayPal

Note: Pre-payment is required before your project is scheduled.

How should I format my script?

To ensure smooth and efficient recording:

  • Avoid submitting scripts in Microsoft Excel, as sentences often stretch awkwardly across pages.

  • Preferred format:
Set up a simple table/grid in Microsoft Word with:

    • One box for the prompt text

    • One box for the prompt name (e.g., "Prompt 1", "Prompt 2")

Example:

Prompt Name Prompt Text
Prompt 1 Thank you for calling.
Prompt 2 Please enter your PIN number.
Prompt 3 Followed by pound.

File Naming Tip:
Keep file names short and simple to avoid delays in editing.
Example: enter-pin.wav rather than please-enter-your-pin-number-and-follow-instructions.wav.

Important:
Allison will record exactly what is written, so be precise.
Please provide pronunciation guides for unusual names, technical terms, or location names to avoid errors.
