Just click “Order Online”, choose your currency, and then choose your product (IVR, On Hold, or Stock Prompts.) Just cut and paste your script into the text box, and it will calculate your cost on a per-word basis (for IVR). You’ll be sent to secure payment, and Allison will be notified of the recording assignment. Its’ that easy!

If the order is placed before noon MST, Allison will record it the same day. After that noon cut off point, it will automatically roll over to the next day’s recording schedule. Larger projects may need a slightly longer turnaround.

All scripts submitted should be considered final drafts. If there are changes to the content, that is billable at the regular rate. If redo’s are needed because of a mis-pronunciation or an error on our part, obviously, that’s a no-cost redo. In the rare case where redo’s are requested for stylistic reasons, a redo will be offered at no charge.
